The programmes are emailed to you via TrueCoach and you have access to the TrueCoach app where you can view all current, past and upcoming workouts. The programmes are designed to provide you everything you need for a safe and effective workout. They include full exercise descriptions, video demonstrations, details of sets, reps, rest and always include a thorough warmup. You don’t have to plan any part of your strength training, we’ll do that for you!

Our programmes are specifically designed for multisport and endurance based athletes. We define that at as: RUNNING, CYCLING, SWIMMING, TRIATHLON, AQUATHLON, DUATHLON, SWIMRUN etc. Activities can range from a duration of 30 minutes up to 48 hours (and beyond if you’re crazy enough!).

It’s much easier than you think to add x2 45-60 minute sessions in to your weekly training plan. It is also hugely beneficial and can usually replace an existing training session to prevent you having to increase the volume of your training.
If you select our individual design programme, then we can incorporate your strength training in to any other training plans you use and work this around your race schedule.

NOW! You don’t need to wait until the Winter months. Strength training should be incorporated in to your training throughout the year to help build your strength and to prevent injuries. Our Individual Design programmes can also be periodised to cater for your races and other training demands
EVERY exercise is provided with an accompanying short video demonstration. You’ll be able to watch the video to make sure you have the correct technique and form for each exercise.
The Individual Design programmes also allow you to share video’s (via the app) of your own attempts at an exercise for your coach to review and provide feedback.

We have also created a home workout version of our Solid Foundation product. This will still allow you to achieve fantastic strength gains with minimal equipment*

That’s great to hear, you clearly already value the knowledge and experience you can gain from working with a coach. There should be no reason whatsoever as to why any of programmes can not be incorporated in to your existing weekly training. Depending on your coaches background then they should be able to help you with this. If you select our Individual Design programme, then we will happily liaise with your existing coach.

Within 48 hours you’ll receive an invitation via TrueCoach to create your profile. This is the platform we use to share your workouts. When your account activation has been completed we will allocate your chosen product to your profile. You can then begin to use this immediately.
You will also receive a separate email from our Head Coach Mark Wilson welcoming you to Lion Strong Coaching. This email will confirm your purchase and depending on the product selected will request some additional information from you. The sooner you reply to this email the quicker we can get you started!

As you come towards the last few weeks of your training programme we will contact you to provide details of the next steps you can take. There are options to continue with a progressive version of your current product or to switch to one of our other offerings.
